
• Terence Park, president of AAVA, started a voter registration drive while working at the New York City Mayor's Office of Special Enforcement under the Koch, Dinkins, and Giuliani administrations from 1990, and continues to thrive in voter registration.
• Since then, the number of registered voters has quadrupled, with participation from many organizations and collective endeavors by many in New York City.
• We, Asian Americans, are at a crossroads – shall we advance, be inclusive, and find unity and power, depending on the voter registration drive!
