 • Terence Park, president of AAVA, started a voter registration drive while working at the New York City Mayor's Office of Special Enforcement under the Koch, Dinkins, and Giuliani administrations from 1990 and continues to thrive in voter registration.

• Since then, the number of registered voters has quadrupled, with participation from many organizations and collective endeavors by many in New York City. 

- The AAPAC  is a multicandidate, supporting, nonconnected traditional political action committee that is an independent political group that raises money from the general public to donate directly to multiple candidates and political parties. 

- We, Asian Americans, are at a crossroads – shall we advance, be inclusive, and find unity and power? Depend on the voter registration drive!
